Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of e-Salon, a booking platform for salons and clinics in Sri Lanka, operated by CMS Techno Solutions ("we", "us"). By booking an appointment through e-Salon, or by signing up to run your business on e-Salon, you agree to these terms.

The service

e-Salon lets a business publish a public booking page, manage appointments, clients and staff, and send booking confirmations and reminders by SMS and WhatsApp. Customers can book an appointment without creating an account.

For businesses using e-Salon

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the services, prices, staff and availability you publish on your booking page.
• You must have a lawful basis to message your customers — e-Salon's consent checkbox on the public booking page is designed to support this, but you remain responsible for complying with applicable consumer protection and messaging laws.
• Subscription plans, message allowances and pricing are as shown on our pricing page or as separately agreed. Plans are billed monthly; a free trial period may apply as stated at signup.
• We may suspend an account that abuses the platform, sends unsolicited messages outside what customers consented to, or does not pay its subscription.

For customers booking an appointment

• Booking an appointment is an agreement between you and the business you are booking with — e-Salon provides the platform but is not a party to that appointment.
• Cancellation, rescheduling and any charges for missed appointments are set by the individual business.
• By ticking the consent checkbox when booking, you agree to receive booking-related messages (confirmation, reminder, cancellation/reschedule notices) from that business via SMS or WhatsApp.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use e-Salon to send spam or unsolicited marketing, to misrepresent a business, to attempt to access another business's data, or to interfere with the platform's normal operation.

Availability

We aim to keep e-Salon available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses caused by outages, maintenance, or issues with third-party providers such as SMS or WhatsApp delivery.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CMS Techno Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of e-Salon. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the service in the three months before the claim arose.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of e-Salon after a change means you accept the updated terms.
